We leverage the latest technology, our extensive network of resources, and local relationships to continuously add value to the buildings we manage and the lives of our residents.

INVESTMENT PROJECTS

At Westside 212, we believe in providing our clients with exclusive investment opportunities. We notify our clients once we identify a project we wish to undertake. However, we generally only disclose our client’s information that will determine the project once we contract. This approach allows us to maintain confidentiality and ensure a fair and equitable investment process while negotiating our purchases competitively.

Interested clients are provided with a pro-forma outlook for the potential project. This comprehensive document outlines the financial projections, expected returns, and investment details. We aim to provide you with a clear understanding of the project’s potential before you decide. Transparency is our priority, enabling you to make informed investment choices.

Once the project is fully funded, we onboard investors as limited partners, while Westside 212 assumes the role of the general partner. This partnership structure allows us to align our interests with those of our investors, ensuring a shared commitment to the project’s success. We value the trust our investors place in us and strive to deliver favorable returns on their investments.

We maintain a solid commitment to transparency and communication with our partners. Rental income generated from the projects is distributed every quarter, ensuring a regular return on your investment. Additionally, we provide annual reports detailing the past year’s income and expenses and a comprehensive outlook for the future. CAPITAL EVENTS AND DIVESTMENT

Our projects follow a long-term hold strategy, so we do not have a sale plan at the outset. We believe in maximizing the potential of each property through effective management and value enhancement. By focusing on sustained rental income and capital appreciation, we aim to create lasting value for our partners and generate stable long-term returns.

When a capital event is foreseen, we will accommodate any personal tax strategy, such as a 1031 exchange or donating an appreciated asset to a 501c3 charity organization.
